Christina's Story

I began my career with Enterprise 16 and a half years ago when I was still in college. I was an accountant by day and a college student by night. While it was hectic in those early days, Enterprise provided an environment that encouraged performance and provided the support I needed to develop personally and professionally.

I currently serve as Vice President of Finance for my group. Just as Enterprise has always supported my career goals, I am now in a position to support others and help them succeed. If you perform well and consistently, you open your own doors and lay the ground work for new opportunities.

While my background is in finance, I am involved with several different areas of my business. Early in my career I learned the value of mentoring relationships and the important business partnerships that can develop. The most rewarding part of what I do is to develop my employees and help people succeed. I teach my employees not only how to set goals, but also how to accomplish them and how to be prepared for obstacles they encounter along the way. On a daily basis, I am actively working with my employees to help them succeed to the best of their abilities.

The management style at Enterprise is very distinctive. At all levels, people communicate and help live our mission statement - "take care of your customers and employees first and profits will follow." Enterprise has a unique culture where we are constantly developing and helping employees succeed.

I could never be in the role I am in today if it weren't for my staff and team. Enterprise is full of incredible, dedicated and driven people who work hard each and every day. I can't take credit for my success without recognizing their contributions or the contribution of my family.

My husband, Michael, is my pillar. He and my two daughters, Kelleen and Kendra, provide me with the balance and stability that has helped me to succeed in all areas of my life. Together we enjoy music and T-bird hockey, and we spend a good amount of time at the dance studio. When I need time to myself, I enjoy getting lost in my garden.
