Enterprise is so much more than a job, and I think it's the company's culture that truly makes the difference. Without it, we would be just another company out there.

When my son was born prematurely with some health issues, the response and concern from this company were unbelievable. Everyone went out of their way to support me and my family. And in those initial months after I returned to work, Enterprise was so supportive, assuring me 100 percent that my family's needs came first. It was a very comforting feeling. I learned from that experience that I was part of a larger family, the Enterprise family.

Yes, we are known for asking employees, "Are you having fun?" In fact, when that's not happening, we know something's broken and we fix it. This is a company of great listeners, people with strong values who both respect and value each other's opinions. Our brand has been built by people who were driven to do the right thing — and that continues to drive all of us to do the right thing.
