The most pleasant surprise about working at Enterprise? It's the people. We have the finest people, no doubt about it.

The only way to describe it is to say I love coming to work every day. We're a family. Everyone is helpful, supportive and understanding. You really make some of your best friends at Enterprise.

This is a great company — an extremely ethical company — that has met every one of my career goals and has given me total support to succeed in all aspects of my life. I love being Kelly the Area Manager, Kelly the mom and Kelly the wife — and I have the total support of my management team to do well in all of those roles. Of course, there's always give and take in life. But Enterprise makes me feel comfortable about making the best decisions for my career and my family.

The people I work with are energetic, with high ambition and the best hearts. How can I explain it? It's coming to work after you've been out with a sick child and finding a present for your child that a co-worker has left on your desk. It's watching our employees make every customer feel as if they are the most special — because that's just the way we do business.
