Rachael's Story

I began my Enterprise career as a Management Trainee at an airport branch in Las Vegas. We shared an office with Remarketing, the arm of our business that helps our Rental and Fleet Services businesses maintain an ideal fleet size and vehicle mix. Working with them gave me an inside look into that side of our business. Two years later, I made the switch. Today, after 10 years with the company, I serve as Assistant Vice President, former Corporate Remarketing Manager for the Southeast portion of the United States.

My career requires me to spend a lot of time out of the office consulting with different operating groups, but it's one of the things I like most. I like the level of responsibility and the fact that I get to share my experience in a way that helps our managers be successful in every area of our business.

Throughout my career at Enterprise, senior management made a tremendous impact on my success and helped me reach my career goals. They allowed me to work independently and make my own decisions about the business, but also provided crucial advice and support as I was developing my professional skills and knowledge. This unique balance has allowed me to thrive in my current position and help others with their career development.

I love working in St. Louis. Not only is it home to our company's headquarters but it's a very close-knit community where people strive to make the city a better place to live and work. The impact that Enterprise has made in St. Louis is incredible. We take our commitment to the community very seriously and focus on giving back and making an impact on the lives of people we serve and do business with.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Scott. We love to golf and participate in other outdoor activities. It's a great way for us to do something we love and spend quality time together.

I am so proud to work for Enterprise because of our impeccable reputation. Everyone works hard to ensure that we always provide the best service and it's recognized by our customers.
