Kris' Story

I began my Enterprise career as an Accounting Supervisor for the Car Sales group in Boston. Four years and four promotions later, I serve as Controller of my group in Canada.

My career has taken me from Boston to Philadelphia to Canada, and while the moves have been somewhat of a challenge, the one thing that always remains the same is the kindness and generosity of the people at Enterprise. Every group I have worked with has welcomed my family and me with open arms and instantly made me feel like part of their team.

When I accepted the position here in London, Ontario earlier this year, the day we were supposed to leave, our flight got cancelled and my wife and I had to fly into Toronto. My team in Ontario sent an employee to meet us in Toronto to ensure that we got back safely. It's moments like those that make me realize this is more than a job - it's an extended family.

The most rewarding experience of my career was being promoted to my current position. Enterprise has provided me with so many opportunities in the last four years and I get to face new challenges each and every day. Enterprise allows you to put your best foot forward and be individualistic with your projects.

My favorite founding value is "Personal honesty and integrity are the foundation of our success." Being part of the business management team, I understand this first hand.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Elizabeth, and my four-year-old son, Zachary. I love to spend time outdoors canoeing and camping. While we have only been here a short while, I am sure we will find lots to do in the coming months.

This is a dynamic and growing company. While we might be one of the largest rental car companies, I know that in 10 years I will still come to work and be challenged and have endless opportunities ahead of me.
